Upper Darby Summer Stage presents "My Son Pinocchio, Jr." on July 17th, 18th, and 19th at the Upper Darby Performing Arts Center with 10:30 AM and 7:30 PM show times! The 70 minute performances are perfect for kids and families ages 4 and up and a wonderful way to introduce your child or children to the joys of live theater. There is free babysitting available for younger siblings. Best of all, tickets are just $6 - $9 making this a fun and affordable family night out or play date option!
Pinocchio must prove himself brave, truthful and unselfish, but what about the toymaker? Raising a perfect child might not be as easy as it looks! The Blue Fairy leads Geppetto on a hilarious journey to discover what it means to be "a real father." The composer of "Wicked," Stephen Schwartz, adds a brand new score to the classic Disney hits, "When You Wish Upon a Star" and "I've Got No Strings." My Son Pinocchio, Jr. is a Summer Stage premiere that is sure to become a favorite!
