Tuesday - Dijon Mustard Chicken made in a pan on the stove (will post recipe later), Mashed potatoes, steamed veggies
Wednesday - Crockpot Saucy London Broil, Healthy Harvest Egg Noodles, steamed veggies
Thursday - Oven Baked Swai with tomatoes, Brown Rice or Couscous, steamed veggies
Friday - Leftovers
