Monday - Turkey Kielbasa with Beer and Sauerkraut made in Slow Cooker, Barilla Plus Elbow Macaroni, steamed veggies
Tuesday - Melt in Your Mouth Chicken (my Pinterest trial recipe of the week) - I plan to substitute Greek Yogurt for the Mayo to reduce calories and fat , Olive oil and Garlic Couscous, steamed Veggies
Wednesday - Baked Swai with Tomatoes, Brown Rice, Steamed Veggies
Thursday - Leftovers
Friday - Out to dinner with hubby!
